J’ai acheté une montre Tissot mécanique homme, il y a une dizaine d’années prix plus de 630 € ).
Il y a un an elle commence à présenter un retard cumulatif. Je l’ai apportée au magasin où je l’avais achetée réparer ce problème. après évaluation aux ateliers de la marque, on me propose un devis de 350 € pour la réparer sous prétexte que le système interne présente de l’oxydation du système. Je trouve que c’est peu « trop » abusé, vu la publicité faite autour de la qualité et fiabilité de la marque. Finalement, j’ai refusé le devis. J’ai repris mon ancienne montre, que j’avais acheté 50 euros (marque basique) il y a plus de vingt ans et qui est plus fiable et qui fonctionne correctement sans problème ! J’ai l’impression d’avoir été berné …
