Delivery
Processing your order, handling the products, and (free) delivery requires our team a maximum of 5 to 14 working days.
We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our products.
Some of the watch winders and boxes in our catalog are available in our workshops. This may explain the differences in lead times between orders.

Product Information
Your watch is placed in a rotating cup. The goal is to simulate the movement of your wrist. It is this movement that allows the oil present in the rotor to remain fluid and maintain the regular movement of the rotor.
This way, your watch will keep time all year round and be ready to wear at any time.
An automatic watch needs 600 revolutions per day on average.
The older your watch is, the more revolutions it will need per day. When your watch is new, 500 revolutions per day is more than enough.
Watch winders fit all bracelets and dials. When there is a risk that the winder is too small, it is notified in the product sheet.
Your watch can remain in rotation for 12 hours per day. Watch winders are calibrated and programmed to respect the rest times for your timepieces.
The watch winders come from Germany, Japan, Czech Republic, France, Italy and China. They are selected, tested and distributed by us.

Cancellation & Returns
Our accessories have a strict quality control before each shipment. However, if your item does not give you complete satisfaction, we will refund you, the product must be considered new and unused. For any order with customization, returns are impossible except for defects. However, if your order has any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to the email address: info@rotation-horlogere.com accompanied by your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. All return costs and other charges are the responsibility of the customer. Return instructions will be provided to you by email.
It is entirely possible to request the cancellation of your order. If the order is already being prepared, it is likely that it will no longer be possible to cancel it.
