Delivery of your orders

Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours of your order (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email upon shipment containing the tracking number to follow the progress of your package.

During busy periods, preparation may take up to 72 hours.

Our delivery times are 5 to 8 working days in mainland France, and 5 to 12 working days for other countries.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs charges may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from receipt of your order. If this period is exceeded, unfortunately we will not be able to make a refund or exchange.
Return conditions

The item must be in perfect condition.

It must not show any signs of wear or have been used.

The packaging must be intact.

The item must not have been previously returned for repair.
Clock Rotation reserves the right to retain all or part of the price corresponding to the reduction in the value of the Article resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
During the entire withdrawal period, the Customer is strongly recommended to handle and inspect the Article with all necessary precaution.
Return procedure

Complete our return form to initiate your return request.

Follow the instructions provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect it and inform you of the progress within 7 to 10 working days.
You must return the Item(s) to the carrier no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you informed us of your intention to withdraw from the sales contract.
Refunds

If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email to confirm that the refund has been issued.

If your refund does not appear after this time, please contact your bank or credit card issuer.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color or model, please follow the return process below. Once your product is returned and validated, a credit will be credited to your account, which you can immediately use to order another product.
Defective or Damaged Products
If a product has arrived defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a description of the problem and supporting photos. Once the problem is confirmed, we will, where possible, arrange a replacement at no extra cost or issue a credit, whichever you prefer.
Returns and Replacements
Rotation Horlogère is committed to providing quality products. In the event of a defect or damage, we accept a single return or replacement per product, after confirmation of the problem by our teams. Beyond this replacement, if the product remains functional but has slight aesthetic defects, no new exchange or refund will be made.
Limit of exchanges for the same product
A product that has already been replaced or exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again, except in the case of a confirmed major defect affecting the functionality of the product.
Handcrafted products and imperfections
Some of our products are manufactured or assembled by hand, which may result in slight variations or minor imperfections (variation in color, alignment, texture, etc.). These characteristics are an integral part of the artisanal manufacturing process and are not considered major defects affecting the conformity or functionality of the product.
Partial Refunds
In the event of a confirmed minor or aesthetic defect, Rotation Horlogère may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund to compensate for this inconvenience, with no obligation to return or provide an additional replacement. This commercial gesture will be defined on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation.
Gifts

If the returned item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit of equal value.

If the item was not marked as a gift, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
