The Coffret du Sellier™ is equipped with a Mabuchi motor, a recognized reference for its reliability and almost inaudible operation. It alternates clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation on a cycle of 2 minutes of movement followed by 6 minutes of rest, then changes direction. This bidirectional mode respects the mechanism of the vast majority of automatic calibers and includes overwind protection.
