A stationary automatic watch is a watch that suffers. Lubricants that congeal, mechanisms that go out of adjustment, tedious resetting of the time with each wear—all inconveniences that a good winder silently eliminates. The Remontoir Noir does so in brilliant lacquer and absolute silence.

Glossy black lacquered wood case, high-clarity acrylic glass window—your watch is displayed like a timepiece, not hidden in a drawer. The soft flannel interior protects the strap and case from any abrasive contact. Compact dimensions: 13 × 13 × 15 cm.

Operates on mains power via the included USB-A to USB-C cable, or on 2 AA batteries for portable use—approximately one month of battery life. The two modes cannot be used simultaneously; mains power is recommended for daily use to preserve the motor.
